Ms. Vargas earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from California State University East Bay, graduating cum laude. During college, she worked on several published peer-reviewed journal articles related to hemoglobin disorders.
Ms. Vargas is active in many volunteer organizations including Los Médicos Voladores – The Flying Doctors, where she coordinates teams of physicians, pilots, and volunteers to fly into remote areas of Mexico to provide free healthcare services.
Ms. Vargas has extensive experience in all phases of the litigation process. Her work has been focused primarily on the following litigation practice areas: Rent Control and Housing Discrimination, Residential and Commercial Landlord-Tenant Disputes, Construction Defect, Premises Liability, Catastrophic Injury, and Wrongful Death.
