Rachael Payne

Rachael Payne is a Senior Paralegal at Tobener Ravenscroft LLP.

She completed her undergraduate education at College of Marin, majoring in Liberal Arts.  She went on to complete the Paralegal Studies program at San Francisco State University, where she graduated summa cum laude.

Over the past five years, Ms. Payne has helped more than 500 tenants navigate the litigation process.

She has particular expertise with cases involving wrongful owner-move-in evictions, landlord harassment, and failure to maintain.  In her free time, she loves to kayak in Tomales Bay and bake.
