Toven Lim

Toven Lim is a Senior Associate Attorney at Tobener Ravenscroft.  Mr. Lim graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley in Political Science in 2010.  He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, UC College of Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 2016.  During law school, Mr. Lim interned with San Francisco’s Homeless Advocacy Project and the Office of the Federal Public Defender.

An Oakland native, Mr. Lim has devoted his entire legal career to representing individuals at risk of losing their homes, freedom, or lives.  Before joining Tobener Ravenscroft, he spent more than seven years advocating for individuals suffering from cancer due to toxic substance exposure.  With his extensive experience litigating on behalf of individuals, Mr. Lim is a staunch advocate for tenants’ rights.
