Jim Lucey

Jim Lucey is a Principal at Tobener Ravenscroft. Mr. Lucey completed his undergraduate education at the University of San Francisco, majoring in business administration. Mr. Lucey went on to earn his juris doctor from the University of San Francisco in 1992. Mr. Lucey has more than twenty-five years of litigation experience in both state and federal Courts, including countless jury and bench trials to verdict, appeals (in the California State Court of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit), and arbitrations. Mr. Lucey has counseled thousands of tenants on matters relating to wrongful eviction, constructive eviction, habitability issues, landlord harassment, nuisance neighbor, displacement due to fire, and property damage and bodily injury claims.

Mr. Lucey also has extensive experience resolving matters through ADR processes such as early neutral evaluations, private mediations, and settlement conferences.
