Ricardo is a paralegal at Tobener Ravenscroft LLP. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of California Santa Cruz and the Paris Institute of Political Studies, double majoring in Philosophy and Legal Studies and graduating Cum Laude in Philosophy. He went on to complete the Paralegal Studies program at UC Berkeley Extension. He is also fluent in Spanish, French, and Italian.
Ricardo has been working at Tobener Ravenscroft LLP for more than three years and assisted the firm in prosecuting more than fifty contingency tenant matters relating to evictions, habitability issues, and tenant harassment, as well as over twenty hourly matters including Rent Board petitions. Ricardo is actively involved with tenant rights nonprofits in the Bay Area and volunteers for Causa Justa/Just Cause, which is dedicated to helping immigrants with housing issues. Ricardo is a native of Peru and is an avid basketball and soccer fan and a supporter of the Golden State Warriors and the Peruvian Men’s National Soccer team.
