Rahman Popal is an Associate Attorney at the Tobener Law Center. Mr. Popal graduated in the top quarter of his class from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2014. After graduating, Mr. Popal served as a Human Rights Advocates Fellow, representing detained undocumented immigrants. Mr. Popal has counseled hundreds of families on housing rights and immigration matters. Mr. Popal serves as a Mentor Attorney for the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Pro Bono Asylum Project and holds a position on the Asia Society of Northern California’s Young Professional Group Leadership Council.
