Janet was born in Mexico City and raised in the South Bay, arriving in the U.S. before she could walk. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from San Francisco State University, where she was a dedicated student leader advocating for undocumented student resources in higher education and co-founded the first graduation ceremony for undocumented students.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With several years of experience in immigration law as a legal assistant and paralegal in Bay Area nonprofits, Janet provided legal screenings and prepared DACA renewals and naturalization cases for clients.Janet brings a fresh perspective to Tobener Ravenscroft LLP, blending her skills in community engagement and system efficiency to back meaningful legal work. Outside of work, Janet enjoys dancing and performing Bachata and catching sunsets with her dogs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Janet Lopez Galindo naci\u00f3 en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y se cri\u00f3 en el South Bay, y lleg\u00f3 a los Estados Unidos antes de que pudiera caminar. Tiene un B.A. en Ciencias Pol\u00edticas de la Universidad Estatal de San Francisco, donde fue una l\u00edder estudiantil dedicada a defender los recursos para estudiantes indocumentados y co-cre\u00f3 la primera ceremonia de graduaci\u00f3n para estudiantes indocumentados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con varios a\u00f1os de experiencia en los derechos de inmigraci\u00f3n como asistente legal y paralegal en organizaciones sin fines de lucro en el \u00c1rea de la Bah\u00eda, Janet brind\u00f3 evaluaciones legales y prepar\u00f3 renovaciones de DACA y casos de naturalizaci\u00f3n para sus clientes. Janet trae con ella una nueva perspectiva a Tobener Ravenscroft, combinando sus habilidades en participaci\u00f3n comunitaria y eficiencia en sistemas para respaldar el trabajo legal con significancia.
